Businessman Jahongir Artykojayev has merged a Nevada shell company with his Uzbek hotel group — owner of Hilton Tashkent, Wyndham Bukhara and Central Asian Expo — issuing 183 million new shares and filing with the SEC to create what the company calls the first US-listed Uzbek public business.
