The warehouse that burned in Tashkent’s Sergeli district on 28 September belonged to Interlogistics, a joint venture whose ownership chain leads to a Dubai-registered company called Integra Benefit Investments LLC, according to corporate registry data reviewed by Kun.uz.
The fire broke out at a building in the Quruvchilar block on Khanabad Street, listed in commercial directories as the United Cargo Center — a logistics facility that Interlogistics has operated since 2017. The centre handles receipt, storage, customs clearance and shipment of goods ranging from perishables to bulk cargo.
The ownership structure
Interlogistics was registered on 11 August 2016 with an authorised capital of 48.9 billion soums. Its two founders are Integra Benefit Investments LLC, the Dubai entity, holding a 78.9 percent stake, and Benif LLC, which holds the remaining 21.1 percent. Saitdinov Firdavs Fakhridinovich is listed as head of Interlogistics; Farida Salikhova is named as the enterprise manager.
Benif LLC, the minority co-founder, was itself registered on 18 September 1995. Its shareholders are again Integra Benefit Investments LLC — this time with an 80.7 percent share — and Madad-Tijorat LLC at 19.3 percent. Benif’s authorised capital stands at $3.7 million, and it is engaged in the rental and management of non-residential premises. Its head is listed as Payziev Rustam Abdushukurovich.
Madad-Tijorat LLC, the smallest entity in the chain, was established on 8 February 2000 with a charter fund of 4.8 million soums. It is engaged in the production of metal structures and products. Its founders are Irgashev Bakhtiyor Ilyasevich, holding a 50 percent share, and Irgasheva Shoira Shamshitdinovna. The head of the company is Mirzakhmedov Khotam Sharipovich.
Background on the facility
The United Cargo Center complex, located at building 3 on Khanabad Street, was launched in 2017 according to listings on the commercial platform Flagma.uz. The facility is described as providing a full range of logistics services under customs warehouse status, positioning it as a transit and storage point for imported goods moving through Tashkent.
Authorities have not yet released an official cause of the fire or an assessment of damages. The identification of the ownership structure comes as investigators and regulators are expected to examine the circumstances surrounding the blaze at what was a licensed customs facility.
