Uzbekistan’s Interior Ministry, the State Security Service’s Cybersecurity Center and AUTODOC have opened a joint investigation after citizens reported finding their PINFL numbers, passport details, addresses and vehicle records in Telegram bots. Authorities have neither confirmed nor ruled out a breach.
