Actress Shakhzoda Mukhammadova posted a now-deleted Instagram defence of her husband Marat Khamdamov as Tashkent police pursue fraud and abuse-of-authority charges against his property firm Imarat Development, whose buyers say they cannot recover payments for unbuilt flats.
